Production

As SEMTAL PLASTIC, our production line consists of plastic extruder machines and molds. We serve with different raw material options such as PVC, TPE, PPC. We are increasing our product range day by day with the knowledge, experience and customer feedback we gained from the gaskets we designed for wooden doors and CO-EX (Hard-Soft) joining wicks. Currently, we have more than 500 PVC joinery seals, aluminum seals, steel door seals, wooden door frame and wing seals, PVC door frame and wing seals, fire smoke wick groups. Thanks to our in-house R&D unit, we offer continuous improvements and improvements in product quality and range.

Our personnel working in the production department are equipped with special clothes prepared by our occupational health and safety teams. Warning signs are hung where they can be seen. Occupational safety was prioritized and necessary training was given to the personnel. Health examinations of the personnel are carried out periodically.
